Wetherleys and Furnspace customer service project

The MTech Interaction Customer experience project focuses on services used by the public which could be enhanced through a technological influence.
What the team was interested in was the Wetherleys and Furnspace customer service project. This was a project which needed the designing of a user interaction service that makes the Wetherleys customer experience more satisfactory.
Furnspace is a software rendering company and Wetherleys is a lifestyle franchise. Furnspace are currently developing software to render environments for the Wetherleys customers.
To better understand the Wetherleys project we needed to research more about the type of software that the Wetherleys experience would be operating on. We visited the Furnspace Studio , had a meeting with Steven Harris and learnt what this software, Interleaf, could actually do.
What we learnt was that it is an easy- to- use  modeling and rendering software that is available in certain skilled level packages.
Wetherleys customers spend between 10 and 30 thousand rand per purchase. Most customers know what they want.
Wetherleys provide a free design service to customers and interior designers.
The connection with Wetherleys, is that this furnishing franchise would want to use this software to some how enhance their customer services.
